Warranty

We pride ourselves in offering the best customer service possible, it keeps our customers coming back and referring us to friends and family. As such, we have a 6 month, no quibble warranty on all cases and chargers sold by iPhonecaseUK. We don’t cover accidental damage (such as re dropping your phone and breaking your case or screen protector) but we do cover pretty much anything else. You can either claim for a new replacement or a refund…the choice is yours!

​Terms and Conditions:

Warranty is valid for 6 months from date of purchase for parts.

If refund is preferred, delivery charges are non refundable (if purchase date is past 30 days). 

Refunds will be issued within 7 days of claim but may take an additional 5 days depending on the payment method originally used.

Please Post to the address below clearly stating your name, address and order number with a brief description of the issue.
